 Hot runner Manifold: Manifolds are available in standard shapes - I, II H, HH, X, XX, XXX, Y, YY, T,  and in any realizable custom shape, the ranges of manifolds configurations as per mold concepts

Hot tip Nozzles / Hot Sprue Bush:     Hot runner nozzles are the link to the cavity. They either directly gate into the part or into a sub runner which will lead into the cavity.             

Hot runner Heaters & Thermo couple: Available spare Hot runner heaters coil, Tubular Heaters and External Thermo couple –J’ Type for Hot runner Manifolds.

Temperature controller: single Zone up to 12 Zone Temperature controllers (Single Box) Available. (240Vac 15 Amp Modules),                                   

External Thermo couple –J’ Type: For Hot runner manifold

Hot runner Coil Heaters (at any cross section), Micro Coil Heaters and Sleeve Heaters.

Coil Heaters are Built-in Thermo couple-J Type and M I Thermo couples also available.

Tubular Heaters for Manifold with External Thermo couple-J’ Type.

Tubular Heaters Cross section: Dia 6.5Ø mm, Dia 6 Ø mm & Dia 8 Ømm

Tubular Heaters Wattage up to 3.5 KW.
